(5 stars) - Overall excellent, a little outdated
An excellent book to help people who are either already in or are contemplating a career in Real Estate. The author and his resources give you a great idea of what your mindset needs to be in that business. The book has several good suggestions and recommendations that you can apply directly to your career. The one negative thing about the book is that because it was written in 2002 some of the information is outdated. In 2002 the Internet was not nearly as large of a factor in Real Estate as it is now, almost 8 years later. And as we know the foreclosure and banking issues in 2002 were nothing compared to what they are in 2009. Still the overall information in this book can serve as an excellent guide for anyone interested in a career in Real Estate.

This book was very helpful to me in just starting out in this business. It spells out what you can really expect when you start out. It is a must read for anyone thinking about going into real estate!

This is an excellent book for any real estate agent. I am a new agent, and I gave the title to my Broker, who purchased a copy. She has 30 years of experience in real estate, and she thought the book was awesome as well. I think that is a pretty good recommendation.
