I found this book as a valuable source for my Real Estate course I just completed. The books used in the course did not explain many terms where I could understand them. This book gave examples so I could related to the term. Very well written and a fantastic reference.

Book is excellent! Teaches everything you need to know in plain everyday English, often in a humorous way. Plenty of examples to better understand the various terms and legal situations. It is both entertaining and educative with multiple learning tips.

I was looking for help for taking a State test. Really, it is very general, and not helpful for my state (WI). The tips for taking the exam were very general, and basic. Example; get enough sleep, eat the right foods before the exam. It has some more specific information for California, but not for other states.

The book is easy to read, but lacks the individual state information. The references are there to find your state's info, but who wants to read and research more than is needed. I did not read this book cover to cover, but skimmed most parts. There are some useful facts and interesting thoughts to be aware of in these pages.
